These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of growclinical.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by GrowClinical (“GrowClinical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Our services

GrowClinical provides marketing services to dental practices, including search, local, reviews, website, and paid advertising services. The Site itself is informational. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate services agreement or proposal between you and GrowClinical, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the GrowClinical name and brand — are owned by GrowClinical or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

4. No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, and operations. While we work to measure and improve performance, we do not guarantee any specific number of patients, leads, rankings, revenue, or other outcomes. Any examples or projections are illustrative, not promises.

5. Third-party services

Our services and the Site rely on third-party platforms (for example, Google, Meta, and scheduling tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google and Meta is your responsibility and is separate from our fees.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowClinical will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowClinical and its owners and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
